Monterey Peninsula kicked off 2026 strong, with its best Q1 since 2022: 217 homes sold, a $2.5M average price, and $471M in total volume.
Carmel-by-the-Sea saw a surge in luxury sales (30% over $5M), while Pebble Beach recorded multiple $20M+ deals and no sales under $2M, highlighting strength at the top.
Homes are taking longer to sell (64 days on average), but well-priced properties are still moving quickly and often at or above asking.
As we head into spring, the market looks active and competitive. Success will come down to strategy, timing, and local expertise.
If you're thinking about buying or selling, let's connect!
