I’m incredibly honored (and still a little in disbelief) to have been named the “Best New Real Estate Agent” by The Monterey Herald. To be recognized in the community I’ve always called home is something I don’t take lightly, and I’m so grateful to my clients, colleagues, and mentors who have supported me along the way.

As a Monterey Peninsula native, this place means the world to me. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 2020, I knew I wanted to come back—not just to live here, but to really contribute. I’ve always believed that home is more than just a house, and helping people find a space that fits their lifestyle and goals is what makes this work so fulfilling.

I’m lucky to be part of The Malone Hodges Team, one of the top-ranked real estate teams in Carmel. Working alongside such experienced and generous professionals has been one of the most valuable parts of my growth as an agent. Together, we focus on delivering expert guidance with a personal touch, and making the buying or selling process as seamless as possible.

Beyond real estate, I also teach dance at The Dance Center in Carmel, where I get to stay connected with the creative side of myself and build relationships outside of work. It’s just another way I stay grounded in this community—and I think that balance has helped me show up more fully for my clients, too.

This award is incredibly meaningful, but more than anything, it reminds me why I do what I do. Helping people feel at home—whether they’re moving in or moving on—is a privilege I’ll never take for granted.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling, or just want to talk through your options, I’d love to connect. I’m here to help however I can.

Warmly,

Elise Cricchio
